My colors and colorways are inspired by the world around me, including the garden, the woods, and other colors found in nature. Yarns in stock are ready to ship. Every effort will be made to ship yarns from the same dye lot – this means they were dyed at the same time. Even yarns dyed in the same dye pot have variation. It is recommended, when working with hand dyed yarns in projects that require more than one skein, that you alternate skeins throughout your project to blend the colors. If the number of skeins you order are not available from the same dye lot, I will contact you. I have done my best to get an accurate photo of the colors, but monitors do vary, and the color may be slightly different in real life. As a nurse for over 40 years, and a nurse midwife for almost 30, I have studied and practiced under the guiding light of many famous nurses.
